APPOINTMENTS

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PROBLEM COULD BE DEALT WITH BY TALKING TO THE DOCTOR OR A TRIAGE NURSE ON THE TELEPHONE SO PLEASE MENTION THIS WHEN YOU SPEAK TO THE RECEPTIONIST.   PLEASE HELP BY DISCUSSING YOUR PROBLEM WITH THEM.

IF YOU ARE CALLING BECAUSE OF BACK OR JOINT PAIN PLEASE LET THE RECEPTIONIST KNOW. THE DUTY DOCTOR WILL CALL YOU BACK TO DISCUSS YOUR SYMPTOMS AND DECIDE IF AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT WITH THE PHYSIOTHERAPIST IS THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION.  THANK YOU.THE DOCTORS

WHY DOES THE RECEPTIONIST NEED TO ASK WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?

The Westrop PPG

The Westrop PPG has been running now for several years and achieved many good things for the practice.  It provides an invaluable way of getting the opinion of you, the patient, on key issues relating to the practice.  The group consists of an "actual group" that meets 3-4 times a year and a "virtual group", where patients are occasionally asked to provide feedback in the form of an online questionnaire.

We would be thrilled if as many people could join our virtual group as possible - all are welcome, both from our Highworth and Blunsdon surgeries (provided you are over 16) and all opinions will be gratefully listened to.  Hopefully you can help?  If you can, simply pick up a registration form from the surgery or download one by clicking on the link below.
